The grand design of the Christian’s life is the worship of the one true and living God revealed in three glorious Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. While every aspect of a Christian’s life should be an act of worship, it is our gathering together on Sunday that is Grace Church’s special highlight. On that day especially we thank God for His Son’s glorious death and triumphant resurrection for us, and wait for His soon return.
Until that Day, we embrace the Bible verse that teaches us to speak to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with our hearts to the Lord (Ephesians 5:19). We also listen to Scripture read and explained so we can know and do it. Since it is through Scripture that we know exactly who God is and what pleases Him, the preaching of His Word holds the highest place in our hearts and worship.
We meet at the University of Hartford. Morning worship begins at 9:30 a.m. and Sunday school classes meet during the morning for different age groups. Or you can join us for evening worship later at 5:30 p.m. For further information, please call 860-413-2048.
